They can only buy shares directly from the issuing company, and when trading windows are closed, new investors miss out on buying opportunities. Existing shareholders face similar issues, unable to sell when they want if windows are closed. This lack of flexibility limits trading options and leads to investor frustration within the tokenized share ecosystem.
